District communications is a team effort, no matter the size of your school district. Throughout the school year and during COVID especially, communications are needed at all levels from the superintendent/board office to building level and classroom/teacher level. Ideally, an established culture of communication drives efforts and ensures success. About Nicholas Diaz

Nicholas Diaz is the Superintendent for Union Township Schools and Franklin Township School District in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. Nicholas was recognized as a 2017 "Superintendent to Watch" by the National School Public Relations Association. He is an adjunct professor and serves on the advisory board for the New Jersey Public School Relations Association. Nicholas and his wife, JoAnne, live in Pennsylvania with their 10 children ages 2 to 14.
