When crisis training rarely covers personal care, how do you assess your own balance and wellness? How do you find work-life balance when your commute to work entails walking from the bedroom to your kitchen table? What happens when you realize your personal crisis plan didn't include COVID-19 and months of work without boundaries from home? Most importantly, how do you know when it's time to call for reinforcements?

Get answers to these questions and more, and start taking better care of yourself in this thought-provoking session.
